In case of order cancellations due to possible order cancellation or stock problems, money will be refunded to your credit card within 7 business days.
In case of cancellation of your orders for possible reasons; ALGLife refunds the product price to your account and/or credit card within seven business days. However, you must inform our company finance officials of your bank account information and/or credit card information correctly and completely.
We strive to deliver the products you have ordered to cargo on the same day. For products that take time to supply, the cargo delivery time is 5 business days as specified in the product detail. You will be informed in case of possible delivery delay.
In order for the product delivery to be carried out smoothly, please inform the address of the place where you are during the day as the delivery address.
Your requests will be processed to be prepared according to the delivery type you have determined at the end of the order. Products from our Gaziantep-based company will be sent by the cargo company determined according to the quantity and weight of the order. Your orders are delivered to the Cargo company at the latest 2 (two) business days after approval.

After the product is received, it is accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.
